Mark it up: in addition to his lyrical stylings, John Darnielle's music videos now are overwhelmingly full of literary qualities as well. This is the first video single off of the new Mountain Goat's album Heretic Pride set for release on the 19th. John will be making his way to Pearl Street on the 13th of March in what is sure to be a hotly anticipated event following his unfortunate last minute cancellation out here last fall. This is one of the most enjoyable and original videos I have watched in quite some time, do enjoy :
